## About the Role

In addition to evaluating each candidate's relative ability, as demonstrated by quality and breadth of experience, the following factors will provide the basis for competitively evaluating each candidate:

 * Knowledge of customer service principles, including the ability to handle challenging customers and retailers while providing service in a professional manner.
 * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
 * Knowledge of basic research and data gathering and record-keeping techniques.
 * Bilingual skills are highly desirable, but not required.

## Description

Under close supervision of the Lottery Manager (Sales), the Program Technician is responsible for performing a variety of duties related to providing specialized technical services to Lottery winners, players, retailers and sales staff. Please see duty statement for specific duties.
