## About the Role

Required Skills: Agile/Scrum, Coaching, Strategy, Sprint Planning, CSM/SAFe, Jira, Risk, Change, SDLC, o Minimum Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of overall IT experience
o At least 5 years of experience in one or more flavors of Agile (e.g. Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, Lean), - SAFE Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is desirable
o 8+ years with end to end IT Project Management, Program Management, Portfolio Management solutions
o Strong project management and experience in both Waterfall, iterative, and Agile methodologies
o Work in client facing, fast pace, and high pressure job
o Ensure co-ordination with Scrum team and product owner on a daily basis throughout the sprint for clear and concise product backlog items
o Hands-on or working experience with Agile tools like Horizon, Riley etc
o Project Management Institute (PMI) certification is desirable (Not must)
o Facilitate daily scrum, backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings
o Expert in estimation and planning. Knows how to create useful, reliable and practical plans for software development projects
o Forecast the numbers of deliverables possible in an iteration, which is based on evidence and reliable source
o Should be a good coach in Agile practices; Coach individuals and interactions over processes and tools
o Coach the development team for self-organization and cross-functionality in organizational environments in which Scrum and Agile are not yet fully adopted and understood
o Ability to track and remove impediments
o Should be passionate about championing the customer
o Experience and understanding of backlog tracking, burn-down metrics, velocity and task definition
o Proficiency in processes, tools, and applications commonly used in Information systems development and project management
o Excellent oral and written communication skills
o Must be able to formally communicate and report to senior management
o Financial Industry experience required (AML, Economic sanctions domain experience will be an advantage)
o Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and leadership skills
o Self-motivated to work in a dynamic set up
o Ability to operate in a fast paced environment assimilating large amounts of information quickly
o Desire to take ownership and run the show end to end

An Excellent Opportunity for Agile Scrum Master/Agile Coach to work with "Fortune 100" clients in Charlotte, NC, o Guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers
o Guiding the team on how to get the most of out self-organization
o Guiding the team on self-organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks
o Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization
o Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment
o Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving
