## About the Role

* High School Diploma or GED.
 * Epic Healthy Planet Certification.
 * Epic Compass Rose Certification.
 * Previous experience supporting Epic Healthy Planet workflows and applications.

## Description

* Independently support Healthy Planet Compass Rose initiatives.
 * Create and maintain registries.
 * Design, build, and optimize SDOH workflows.
 * Support Remote Patient Monitoring program expansion.
 * Perform daily maintenance activities, including service requests and minor optimizations.
 * Analyze and diagnose complex system issues.
 * Identify root causes and develop solutions or escalate as appropriate.
 * Design, implement, maintain, optimize, and support Epic applications.
 * Translate business and technical requirements into functional solutions.
 * Configure, test, implement, and maintain application workflows.
 * Collaborate with operational stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams.
 * Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 application support.
 * Troubleshoot incidents, document resolutions, and maintain technical documentation.
 * Support system upgrades, enhancements, and monthly updates.
 * Serve as a subject matter expert for application functionality and workflows.
 * Lead and support complex application projects as assigned.
