## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
 * Experience with Excel and data analysis.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 * Ability to communicate data findings clearly to both technical and non-technical teams.
 * Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience with SQL.
 * Experience with reporting and dashboard tools such as Power BI.
 * Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

## Description

Our client is seeking a Data Analyst to support operations within a new automated warehouse environment. This role will analyze warehouse, inventory, and operational data to identify trends, improve efficiency, monitor performance, and support data-driven decision-making., * Analyze warehouse and Warehouse Management System (WMS) data to monitor operational performance.

 * Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators for warehouse operations.
 * Track inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, productivity, throughput, and equipment performance.
 * Identify trends, process issues, and opportunities for improvement.
 * Collaborate with warehouse, operations, IT, and automation teams to investigate data discrepancies and operational problems.
 * Validate WMS data and support accurate inventory and transaction reporting.
 * Support continuous improvement initiatives through data and performance analysis.
 * Automate recurring reports and data processes where possible.
 * Present findings and recommendations to management and operational teams.
