## About the Role

* Strong Core Java, J2EE, Spring, and Hibernate/ORM experience.
 * Enterprise server-side application development.
 * REST/SOAP Web Services, XML, XPath, XSLT, JSON.
 * Apache Tomcat or similar web server experience.
 * Strong SQL/database skills; Sybase or DB2 preferred.
 * JUnit and experience with profiling tools such as JProfiler/JProbe.
 * Strong understanding of Design Patterns and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
 * Unix/Linux development experience.
 * Exposure to Angular, JavaScript, or React.
 * Experience with JIRA/ALM tools, Agile methodologies, and DevOps.
 * Exposure to AI tools and models.

Domain Experience:

 * Financial markets, banking products, or wealth management preferred.

Ideal Candidate:

A strong hands-on Java engineer with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and experience working in fast-paced global Agile environments.

## Description

* Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and global IT teams to deliver projects.
 * Design and develop stable, scalable server-side applications aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
 * Provide hands-on development, testing, and code coverage.
 * Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, grooming, and stand-ups.
 * Estimate, prioritize, and coordinate technical requirements.
 * Apply modern development, testing, and DevOps best practices.
