## About the Role

* 5+ years of experience in UX characterization / Human Factors Engineering for complex systems.
 * Bachelor's degree in UX, Human Factors Engineering, Cognitive Psychology, or a related field
 * Strong experience translating System Engineering requirements into UX flows and operational interfaces.
 * Experience creating wireframes and functional UX specifications.
 * Deep understanding of user workflows, operational scenarios, task management, and interface behavior.
 * Ability to think both system-wide and detail-oriented.
 * Experience conducting usability testing and validating UX concepts.
 * Ability to read and understand technical documentation.
 * Excellent communication and presentation skills.
 * Experience working in multidisciplinary environments.

Advantages

## Description

* Translate System Engineering requirements into operational UX concepts, user flows, and interface behaviors.
 * Create wireframes, screen specifications, and navigation flows for complex systems.
 * Define task management, alerts, statuses, and critical information presentation within the interface.
 * Conduct usability evaluations and support implementation with Development and QA teams.
 * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including System Engineering, Development, QA, and Design.
