You have been part of delivering solutions to clients, including some of, but not all - running discovery sessions, contributing to solution design, handing off work to an implementation team, or supporting a client through implementation. You understand what it means to translate a business problem into something technical that someone else can execute. * Resourceful and technically curious. You do what you say you will do, you flag problems early, and you don't let things quietly fall behind. * Availability for client and internal calls across US time zones as needed. This is not a fixed schedule requirement, but you need to be reachable when it matters. Role Nice-to-Haves * HubSpot-specific platform experience. * Background in software development, systems engineering, or a technical discipline. * Experience with integration architecture - APIs, middleware, iPaaS platforms, data mapping. * Experience with data migration - field mapping, deduplication strategy, data quality triage, cutover planning. * Familiarity with architecture diagramming tools such as Lucidchart or similar. ## Description The Solution Architect is responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of innovative technology solutions that align with the client's strategic goals and business objectives.
