## Description

The Deployment Manager oversees the daily operations of the Deployment and File Build teams, ensuring payment terminals are configured, quality checked, and prepared accurately and on time. This role manages the quality assurance process, terminal inventory, equipment orders, and packaging supplies while maintaining service level commitments and supporting the operational needs of merchants and internal teams.
This hands-on leader maintains a strong working knowledge of terminal applications, payment hardware, and related programs, and helps resolve complex hardware, software, and download file issues. The Deployment Manager also partners with third-party equipment vendors, identifies opportunities to improve processes and reduce errors, and supports team performance through coaching, annual reviews, and day-to-day management., * Maintain working knowledge of all terminal software and stay up to date with current terminals, pin pads, check readers, and related hardware

 * Troubleshoot and resolve download files and technical hardware and software issues as applicable
 * Manage purchase order placement and hardware debit encryption
 * Maintain Salesforce SLA for Deployment and File Build
 * Handle program add-ons including check service, debit, EBT, gift cards, WEX, and similar programs
 * Oversee the QC/QA process for daily deployments and file builds to ensure accuracy and quality
 * Act as liaison with third-party equipment vendors
 * Conduct annual reviews and manage PTO approval for Deployment team employees
 * Perform other duties and responsibilities as directed by management
