## About the Role

* High School Diploma or Equivalent
 * At least 1 year administrative experience or in related field
 * This is an onsite and in office role
 * Proven proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Microsoft Projects, etc.)
 * Superior communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships at multiple levels to work organizationally toward solutions and excellent leadership and consensus building skills
 * Responsible for achieving efficiency and production objectives consistent with quality requirements

 * Descartes or other Routing System Knowledge

## Description

* Interface with various manual inputs with Descartes Route Planner:
 * Update customer addresses
 * Input corrected service time
 * Evaluate and respond to customer special circumstances:
 * Escalate orders (same-day routes, unplanned zone deliveries
 * Update specific delivery instructions
 * Complete routing preparation for effective daily route completion
 * Act as communication liaison between Hubs, Schedulers, Routing Analysts and Routers
