## About the Role

The team is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to support the development, customization, integration, and ongoing enhancement of enterprise-scale Salesforce applications. This person should be a strong hands-on developer who can build solutions using Apex and Lightning, integrate Salesforce with other systems, and contribute to automated build, testing, and deployment processes.
The contractor will work within a cross-functional Scrum environment supporting iterative application releases and integrations across the Salesforce ecosystem. The strongest candidates will bring deep technical Salesforce development experience, hands-on Lightning expertise, and a proven background integrating Salesforce with external applications and services.
Top Three Must-Have Skills

 1. Salesforce Development
 + 5 to 7 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
 + Strong experience with Apex, Visualforce, triggers, batch Apex, Salesforce APIs, and Force.com
 + Ability to develop, customize, implement, and support enterprise Salesforce applications

 1. Lightning Development
 + Hands-on experience building applications using Lightning
 + Experience with Lightning components, Lightning events, the Lightning Framework, and Salesforce Lightning Design System
 + Strong Apex coding skills

 1. Salesforce Integrations
 + Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems
 + Hands-on knowledge of REST, SOAP, Bulk, and Streaming APIs
 + Experience with MuleSoft, ETL processes, or comparable third-party integration tools is highly valuable

Additional Technical Requirements

 * Experience contributing to the design, automation, deployment, and support of large-scale technical infrastructure
 * Experience with CI/CD pipelines and build processes

 * Experience working with continuous integration, automation, and deployment processes
