## About the Role

* 8 years of hands-on SAP Production Planning (PP) experience.
 * Minimum of two full lifecycle SAP ECC implementations.
 * Strong knowledge of SAP PP integration with SAP SD and SAP MM.
 * Experience supporting discrete manufacturing environments (highly preferred).
 * Strong business process analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
 * Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
 * Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience., * Experience supporting complex manufacturing operations.
 * Familiarity with warehouse management solutions (WM/EWM).
 * Experience optimizing production planning and manufacturing execution processes.
 * Background in process improvement and SAP solution design.

## Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP PP Functional Analyst to lead and support Production Planning processes within a complex manufacturing environment. This role will be responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing SAP ECC Production Planning solutions that improve manufacturing efficiency, planning accuracy, and operational performance., * Configure, implement, and support SAP ECC Production Planning (PP).

 * Manage and optimize Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Bills of Material (BOMs), Routings, Work Centers, and Production Orders.
 * Improve capacity planning and production execution processes.
 * Support both Make-to-Stock (MTS) and Make-to-Order (MTO) manufacturing environments.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with SAP SD, MM, and WM/EWM.
 * Lead system enhancements, production support, troubleshooting, and change requests.
 * Facilitate business workshops, gather requirements, and recommend process improvements.
 * Create functional documentation, test plans, and user training materials.
 * Drive standardization of manufacturing processes and SAP best practices.
