## About the Role

Software Engineering, Process Improvement, Professional Services, Profit & Loss, Customer Relations, Customer/Client Research, Startup, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Customer Support/Service, Human Intelligence (HUMINT), We are looking for a Senior Engineering Lead who is not only an exceptional coder but also adept at high-level design and implementation. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of collaborative development experience, with a proven track record of leading an 8-10 person team. This role involves debugging, performance design and optimization, and working on containerized solutions using Docker. Experience with FastAPI, Python, and React front-end is essential., Required:

 * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
 * 7+ years of professional experience in software development.
 * Proven experience in leading and managing an engineering team.
 * Strong proficiency in Python and experience with FastAPI.
 * Solid experience with React for front-end development.
 * Expertise in high-level design, implementation, and performance optimization.
 * Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized solutions.
 * Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
 * Strong communication and leadership skills.
 * Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
 * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

 * Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
 * Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
 * Experience with database technologies (SQL).
