 * Strong understanding of networking concepts & management (routing, switching, firewalls, VLANs and connectivity troubleshooting)
 * Knowledge of backups & disaster recovery
Strong communication, collaboration and customer service skills

Bonus Experience of the IT Systems Administrator:

 * SAN Storage, iSCI, performance, workloads
 * GitHub, GitOps, CI/CD
Infrastructure-as-code, Ansible

## Description

Administer and support Windows Server, Hyper-V virtual environments, and clustered infrastructure.

Manage and troubleshoot container technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker.
*
Administration for Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and hybrid identity environments.
*
Support networking infrastructure, including firewalls, VLANs, routing, switching, and connectivity.
*

 * Monitor and manage backup and disaster recovery processes, including testing and validation of restores.
 * Automate system administration tasks using Ansible, scripting, and other automation tools.
Administer and maintain Linux and Windows server environments.
*
Perform system updates, patching, capacity planning, and infrastructure upgrades.
*

 * Support the organization's phone systems and AV equipment.
 * Collaborate with IT team members and business stakeholders to resolve issues and improve system performance.
