## About the Role

* 4+ years of commercial backend development experience
 * Experience with Go, or a strong background in another backend language and readiness to work in Go
 * Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL
 * Deep understanding of software architecture: SOLID, GRASP, design patterns, and development approaches
 * Comfortable working with AI coding tools and critically evaluating generated code
 * English level of B2 or higher

Nice to Have:

 * Experience in marketing, AdTech, or lead generation

## Description

* Break business cases into well-scoped tasks and deliver them end to end.
 * Build features in an AI-first workflow, guiding AI tools toward the right solution.
 * Make architectural decisions and keep code quality high through thorough code review.
 * Design and evolve backend services and the overall platform architecture.
 * Work with PostgreSQL: data modeling, query optimization, migrations.
 * Collaborate with marketing and product teams to understand how traffic is acquired and monetized.
