## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Fachinformatiker oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium(z. B. Informatik) bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Kenntnisse der Broadcast-/Medienbranche - insbesondere der Prozesse, Architekturen und Schnittstellen
 * Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im professionellen Service und Support von Broadcast-IT-Systemen
 * Analytisches Denkvermögen und strukturierte Vorgehensweise
 * Ausgeprägte Teamorientierung und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mindestens B2)
 * Reisebereitschaft (national und international)

## Description

* Inbetriebnahme, Betriebsunterstützung sowie Service und Support von Broadcast-IT Systemen
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem BFE-Team bei der Projektumsetzung
 * Professionelle Service-Abwicklung
 * Incident Management: Bearbeiten von Service-Issues (remote und vor Ort)
 * Problem Management: Fehleranalyse und -behebung sowie ggf. Eskalation von Service-Issues an die Produkthersteller
 * Change-Management: Durchführen von Updates/Upgrades sowie Systemtests, Fortschreiben von Systemdokumentationen, Ausarbeiten und Durchführen von Schulungen
