Job Description About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator to oversee the configuration, customization, and maintenance of our Dynamics 365 CRM system. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless integration with business processes, enhance system functionality, and provide ongoing support to end-users., * Administer and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including security settings, user permissions, and system configurations.

 * Develop, customise, and implement CRM workflows, dashboards, and reports.

 * Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support to users.
 * Collaborate with stakeholders to optimise CRM functionalities to align with business objectives.
 * Ensure data integrity through proper validation, backup procedures, and security best practices.
 * Maintain documentation for configurations, customisations, and system enhancements.
 * Stay updated on Microsoft Dynamics 365 updates, features, and best practices.
