## Description

1. Operational Services
&bull Day-to-day operations encompass monitoring, incident management, and minor enhancements across the Blue Prism and ensure BOTs run as expected and Power Platform environments.
&bull Continuous monitoring of the Blue Prism Control Room, queue health, Power Platform flow runs, and connector status
&bull Proactive identification and escalation of exceptions, failures, and degraded performance shift-handover logs maintained
&bull First-line triage and root-cause analysis of bot failures and application errors bug fixes within agreed complexity thresholds
&bull Low-complexity configuration changes to existing Blue Prism processes, credential and queue updates, and Power Platform minor workflow adjustments

 2. Routine Infrastructure Maintenance
&bull Scheduled reboots of Blue Prism application and runtime servers
&bull Ensuring patching is applied correctly
&bull Blue Prism standard maintenance tasks per the recommended maintenance schedule"
