## Description

* Own the design and delivery of new financing products and features, from architecture through production launch, ensuring correctness and safety across high-value lending operations.
 * Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and frameworks that support loan lifecycle management, risk calculations, and real-time position tracking.
 * Drive engineering excellence by improving developer tooling, testing infrastructure, monitoring, and operational reliability across financing systems.
 * Partner with Product, Risk, Operations, and other engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable, well-scoped technical solutions each quarter.
 * Lead technical initiatives that strengthen system resilience, reduce operational risk, and support the team's ability to ship safely at speed.
