* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field

## Description

* Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered search systems and machine learning models
 * Build and optimize search algorithms, ranking models, and relevance pipelines
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into existing products
 * Research and implement state-of-the-art NLP and deep learning techniques
 * Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve model performance and search quality
 * Develop and maintain data pipelines to support model training and search indexing
 * Contribute to technical documentation, code reviews, and engineering best practices
