. Ability to understand a business process based on a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as an automated solution while using business analysis skills as needed

. Experience with agile development and software development life cycle (SDLC) processes

. Team oriented individual and self-starter who excels at learning new processes and business functions

## Description

1. Operational Services

. Day-to-day operations encompass monitoring, incident management, and minor enhancements across the Blue Prism and ensure BOTs run as expected and Power Platform environments.

. Continuous monitoring of the Blue Prism Control Room, queue health, Power Platform flow runs, and connector status

. Proactive identification and escalation of exceptions, failures, and degraded performance; shift-handover logs maintained

. First-line triage and root-cause analysis of bot failures and application errors; bug fixes within agreed complexity thresholds

. Low-complexity configuration changes to existing Blue Prism processes, credential and queue updates, and Power Platform minor workflow adjustments

 2. Routine Infrastructure Maintenance

. Scheduled reboots of Blue Prism application and runtime servers

. Ensuring patching is applied correctly

. Blue Prism standard maintenance tasks per the recommended maintenance schedule"
