* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker oder abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-) Informatik o.Ä.
 * Erste praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Identity & Access Management (IAM) oder Berechtigungsmanagement
 * Informationssicherheits-/ und Datenschutzstandards sind bekannt
 * Erfahrung im Umgang mit IT-Service Management Software
 * Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. C1-Niveau)
 * Grundkenntnisse in Englisch
 * Fähigkeit zur Analyse, Beschreibung und Optimierung komplexer Zusammenhänge
 * Eigenständiges Arbeiten, ein sicheres Auftreten, hohe Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

## Description

* Erstellen, aktualisieren von Berechtigungsdokumentationen (z.B. Einzelberechtigungs- und Rollenkonzepte)
 * Unterstützung bei der Administration, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Identity & Access Management (IAM) Software
 * Beratung der Fachbereiche
 * Applikationsverantwortlich (IAM), inkl. Anwender-Support und Prozessoptimierung
 * Einführung neuer Applikationen für das Berechtigungsmanagement, Pflege bestehende Programme/Rollenmodelle in der IAM-Lösung
 * Berechtigungsmonitoring (Soll-Ist Abgleich) und Abstimmung von Abweichungen mit Führungskräften & Product Ownern
 * Durchführung von regelmäßigen Kontrollen (z.B. Rezertifizierung)
