5 years or more experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, PowerShell, and enterprise Windows Server administration
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for AD/GPO automation, auditing, remediation, and remote administration
Experience with Group Policy design, filtering, security permissions, delegation, troubleshooting, and change management
Experience in CIS benchmark implementation and Windows security hardening using GPOs and scripted remediation
Experience with Azure DevOps, server lifecycle management, patching, automation, and formal change-control processes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

## Description

Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, permissions, delegation, and domain services across enterprise environments
Develop and maintain PowerShell automation for administration, auditing, remediation, and operational reporting
Implement CIS security baselines through Group Policy and automated remediation scripts
Manage Windows Server provisioning, configuration, patching, upgrades, troubleshooting, and decommissioning
Track technical work, scripts, runbooks, SOPs, and change activities within Azure DevOps
