 * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate data insights into business operations and drive performance improvements

 * Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within data processes

What You Must Have

 * At least a Bachelor's degree
 * At least 7 years of experience

 * At least one of the following: a Certification in databases (Databricks, MS SQL), visualization tools (Power BI), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), or predictive modeling/ML (Python, SAS)

 * Demonstrating advanced skills in data analysis and visualization
