## About the Role

* Strong experience developing applications using C#, .NET, and .NET Core.
 * Proven experience building Web APIs and ASP.NET web applications.
 * Experience with JavaScript and modern front-end development practices.
 * Hands-on experience with React.js preferred.
 * Experience designing and developing applications in distributed systems environments.
 * Familiarity with messaging/event-driven frameworks such as:

 * Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals, object-oriented design, and API development.
 * Experience working within Agile development methodologies.

## Description

We are seeking a talented .NET Developer to join a leading digital commerce and eCommerce technology organization that supports a portfolio of well-known home improvement and specialty retail brands. This team is responsible for building and enhancing customer-facing applications and backend services that power large-scale online shopping experiences., * Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications, APIs, and backend services using .NET and .NET Core.

 * Build and enhance ASP.NET web applications and RESTful APIs that support eCommerce and business-critical platforms.
 * Develop solutions within distributed system architectures, leveraging messaging and event-driven technologies.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, UX, QA, and other engineering groups to deliver high-quality software solutions.
 * Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and best practice initiatives.
 * Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve application performance, scalability, and reliability.
 * Contribute to modernization efforts and help drive continuous improvement across development processes and technology stacks.
