Education

This role combines people leadership, software delivery, technical direction, cloud modernization, and AI innovation. The ideal candidate has a strong software engineering background and has transitioned into leadership while remaining technically credible and engaged with architecture and engineering decisions., * Lead, mentor, and develop a team of software engineers.

 * Own engineering delivery, quality, execution, and technical outcomes.
 * Partner with product, business, architecture, and technology leaders to translate business needs into scalable software solutions.
 * Provide technical leadership across application architecture, microservices, APIs, integrations, and cloud-native development.
 * Drive modernization initiatives utilizing Microsoft Azure.
 * Guide the adoption of AI-powered development capabilities, LLM integrations, agents, and automation.
 * Establish and reinforce engineering best practices around code quality, testing, CI/CD, security, observability, and reliability.
 * Conduct technical and architecture reviews while ensuring teams follow established engineering standards.
 * Manage priorities, technical dependencies, delivery risks, and resource allocation.
