## About the Role

* 5+ years experience as a Product Owner or Scrum Master within an Agile environment using Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
 * 5+ years expertise in Systems Integration and Enterprise Integration Patterns.
 * 5+ years of experience with development support tools such as JIRA.
 * 3+ years experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), specifically with Authentication, SSO, PKI, or PAM.
 * 3+ years working with REST APIs.
 * 3+ years knowledge of Information Security Standards (ISO 2700x) and IT Security Risk Analysis.
 * Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent through experience.
 * You're structured, organized, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 * You are fluent in English with very strong knowledge of French and/or Dutch.

Nice to Haves

 * Strong coaching and training skills.
 * Knowledge of Cyber Security principles including ciphers and cryptography.

## Description

* Create and maintain the product backlog while prioritizing features and technical synergies for upcoming sprints.
 * Translate complex end-user needs into clear technical requirements for the delivery team to ensure successful solution delivery.
 * Develop and execute a strategic delivery roadmap while managing associated risks, issues, and budgets.
 * Ensure high-quality solution delivery by overseeing functional testing and alignment with customer design requirements.
 * Facilitate stakeholder communication and manage technical or organizational conflicts to ensure operational functionality.
 * Coach and motivate delivery squads to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
