## Description

To enhance our successful IT Team at the Headquarters in Leoben, we are looking for a passionate 1 Specialist CoE IT Server/Linux/Compute/Datacenter
Ensure high availability and security for enterprise compute and datacenter systems. As a Server & Compute / Datacenter Specialist, you will be responsible for the operation, optimization, and security of enterprise compute platforms and datacenter infrastructure. You will manage physical and virtual servers, hypervisors, storage integration, and datacenter hardware to guarantee performance and reliability for business-critical applications. This role includes lifecycle management, patching, capacity planning, and disaster recovery readiness in close collaboration with global IT teams

Your Responsibilities

 * Infrastructure Management & Optimization
 * Design, operate, and maintain server, virtualization, and datacenter infrastructure
 * Support designated compliance workloads in on-prem and hybrid environments
 * Manage OS platforms, hypervisors, and compute capacity
 * Implement hardening, patching, and lifecycle management standards
 * Ensure system availability, performance, and compliance
 * Support audits and security reviews related to infrastructure
 * Document architecture, configurations, and procedures, * A meaningful role with opportunities for long-term growth in an international environment
