* Push our agentic capabilities forward with LangGraph - design, test and harden multi-step agent workflows.
 * Get hands-on with LLM training and evaluation: fine-tuning, benchmarks, regression tests for model behavior.
 * Take our SDLC to the next level - CI/CD, test infrastructure, release process, code quality.
 * Go where the robots are - integrate and validate orchestration logic against real AGV/AMR hardware in the field., * You're not maintaining someone else's codebase - you're building the architecture this company runs on for years.
