## About the Role

Applicants for the IT Support Technician role will have:

 * excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills with a friendly and helpful approach
 * strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset suited to troubleshooting/fault finding
 * familiarity (and ideally hands-on/office experience) with Windows 11, M365, Active Directory, Entra ID, cyber security, general networking
 * flexibility and willingness to work in an office based environment, and a valid driving licence for occasional travel to other sites

As IT Support Technician, you'll be responsible for:

 * supporting internal customers with IT requests, managing/updating tickets
 * troubleshooting day to day software, hardware and connectivity issues
 * setting up computers, mobile devices and software
 * escalating complex issues to senior members of the team
 * maintaining records and documentations, as well as ensuring that IT equipment is stored/dispatched in efficiently
