* Consultancy & Public Sector Experience: Proven track record in client-facing consulting and delivering public sector tech/digital transformations (GDS/CDDO frameworks).
 * Certifications & Methods: Hands-on Agile/Scrum or Waterfall delivery experience. PRINCE2, PMP, APM, or CSM preferred.
 * Clearance: Active UK Security Clearance (SC/DV) or immediate eligibility.
 * Core Skills: Commercial acumen, executive stakeholder management, and multidisciplinary team leadership.

## Description

* Delivery & Governance: Lead Agile/hybrid project lifecycles from inception to live deployment. Manage RAID logs, scope, and delivery timelines under public sector governance.
 * Commercial & Financial Control: Track budgets, SOW compliance, resource utilization, and project margins.
 * Stakeholder Management: Act as the main delivery point of contact for senior civil servants and client leadership.
 * Team Leadership: Foster high-performing, cross-functional pods (service designers, user researchers, engineers) in a collaborative environment.
