## About the Role

 * Commercial experience developing within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM
 * Strong C#, .NET and JavaScript development skills
 * Experience working with the Microsoft Power Platform
 * Knowledge of Azure services and cloud-based integrations
 * Understanding of DevOps principles, source control and CI/CD pipelines
 * Experience designing and delivering scalable business applications
 * Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
 * Previous mentoring or technical leadership experience

 * Microsoft certifications relating to Dynamics 365 or Power Platform
 * Experience with Dataverse and Dynamics SDK
 * Experience delivering CRM transformation or migration projects, * Agile Methodology

## Description

* Design, develop and maintain solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM
 * Build custom plugins, workflows, integrations and automations
 * Develop solutions across the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate
 * Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
 * Support the implementation of CI/CD pipelines and development best practices
 * Lead technical decision-making and contribute to solution architecture
 * Mentor and support junior developers through code reviews and knowledge sharing
 * Work closely with wider technology teams to deliver high-quality releases, You'll be involved in a number of high-profile initiatives, including:
 * Migrating complex legacy business processes into Dynamics 365
 * Delivering new CRM capabilities to support business development and reporting
 * Enhancing automation and workflow capabilities across the organisation
 * Continuing the evolution of the Microsoft technology estate
