## About the Role

* Proven experience in a Senior Solution Architect, Product Architect or similar architecture role
 * Strong knowledge of AWS and modern cloud-based architecture
 * Experience across event-driven architecture, microservices, APIs and enterprise integration
 * Good understanding of distributed systems, application architecture and data integration
 * Understanding of data architecture and AI/ML technologies, including how modern architecture can support AI adoption and emerging use cases.
 * Experience defining technical strategies, architecture roadmaps and solution designs
 * Ability to influence architectural decisions across multiple engineering and product teams
 * Experience within Financial Services highly desirable, but not essential
 * Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
 * Comfortable operating at a strategic level while maintaining sufficient technical depth to challenge and guide engineering teams
