## Description

* Betreuung des Walk-In-Centers (Stand-in / Bring-in-Kiosk) und Bereitstellung von Supportleistungen am Standort
 * First- und Second-Level-Support für Anwender im Bereich Windows-Client, MS Office und Standardsoftware
 * Remote-Support für User und Techniker
 * Endpoint und Mobile Device Management (MDM)
 * Staging und Image-Laden sowie Managed Deployments
 * Konferenzraum- und Meetingraum-Support (Audio/Video-Equipment, Verbindungen etc.)
 * Asset-Clearing und Dokumentation im Asset-Management-System
 * Koordination von Hardware-Reparaturen mit externen Dienstleistern
 * Warehousing & Logistik für Versand- und Remote-Standorte
