## Description

* Influence future enterprise architecture and technology roadmaps in alignment with business priorities and enterprise strategy
 * Assess emerging technologies and platform options for Kohl's initiatives, evaluating business value, technical fit, risks, and adoption considerations
 * Lead architectural direction for Business, Foundational, and Platform initiatives spanning multiple applications, integrations, and teams
 * Guide solution design and implementation across complex enterprise environments, balancing business value, security, reliability, scalability, and cost
 * Develop and maintain current-state and target-state architectures and modernization roadmaps for assigned domains and capabilities
 * Provide architectural expertise, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and resolve tradeoffs in partnership with fellow enterprise architects and teams
 * Contribute to architectural and technical standards and reference patterns, guiding adoption through architecture reviews and implementation guidance
 * Promote consistent architectural practices through cross-team collaboration, knowledge sharing, and mentoring engineers and technical leads
