## Description

We are seeking an experienced professional with expertise in Apriso Manufacturing Execution System (MES) to support a defense industry client in Simsbury, Connecticut. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing MES applications to ensure reliable system performance, manufacturing process efficiency, and compliance with applicable industry and regulatory requirements.

The candidate will work closely with production teams, IT stakeholders, and end users to resolve system issues, improve manufacturing workflows, support application integration, and ensure adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs). Experience with ITAR compliance and manufacturing execution systems in a regulated environment is highly desirable., * MES System Support and Optimization

 + Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot MES application performance to ensure system reliability and availability.
 + Perform routine system maintenance and identify opportunities for performance optimization.
 + Investigate system issues, determine root causes, implement resolutions, and escalate complex problems when necessary.
 + Ensure compliance with system specifications, operational requirements, and applicable SLAs.
 + Maintain the integrity and reliability of interconnected manufacturing software applications.
 * Manufacturing Process Support and Collaboration
 + Collaborate with production, engineering, IT, and other cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing system issues.
 + Identify and implement solutions to streamline manufacturing workflows and improve operational efficiency.
 + Support the integration and ongoing functionality of MES applications with related manufacturing systems.
