## About the Role

Core Java Engineering

 * 7+ years of software development experience
 * Strong proficiency in Java 17+ (Java 21 preferred)

MCP & AI Enablement

 * Understanding of Model Context Protocol (MCP) concepts: MCP Servers, MCP Clients, Tools, Resources, Prompts, Tool discovery and invocation
 * Experience designing API-based integrations for AI or agent-driven solutions
 * Familiarity with AI Agent architectures and LLM integrations

OpenShift & Cloud-Native Development

 * Experience deploying and supporting applications on OpenShift or Kubernetes
 * Strong understanding of Containers (Docker), Deployments, Services, Routes/Ingress, ConfigMaps, Secrets, Autoscaling, Health checks

Enterprise Integration

 * Experience integrating with REST APIs, SOAP Services, Databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL), and Event-driven platforms (Kafka, MQ)

Desired skills:
