## About the Role

Formation Bac +5 en systèmes d'information ou équivalent. Certification ITIL V3 minimum requise.

Expérience Vous justifiez d'une expérience de 7 ans minimum dans un rôle d'Incident Manager ou Problem Manager en environnement de production informatique. Vous avez géré des incidents majeurs (P1/P2) sous pression et conduit des analyses RCA dans des contextes complexes.

Compétences attendues

 * Maîtrise des processus ITIL (Incident Management, Problem Management)
 * Capacité à piloter des acteurs sans lien hiérarchique (leadership transverse)
 * Aisance rédactionnelle : fiches incident, REX, post-mortems, reporting direction
 * Communication structurée vers des interlocuteurs variés (équipes techniques, direction, métiers)
 * Autonomie complète dans des environnements multi-plateformes

Environnement technique Environnement distribué hétérogène, dominante Linux. Connaissance appréciée de JBoss, Postgres, Spring Boot, Openshift.

## Description

Rattaché à la Direction de la Relation Client et de la Production, vous prenez en charge les processus ITIL d'Incident Management et de Problem Management au sein d'une DSI à fort enjeu de continuité de service.

Vos responsabilités couvrent deux périmètres complémentaires :

Incident Management

 * Pilotage et mise en œuvre du processus Incident Management
 * Gestion de bout en bout des incidents, des plus courants aux plus critiques
 * Déclenchement et animation des cellules de crise sur incidents majeurs
 * Coordination des contributeurs techniques et communication vers les métiers et le management
 * Suivi des engagements de service (SLA) et reporting opérationnel régulier

Problem Management

 * Pilotage et mise en œuvre du processus Problem Management
 * Identification et qualification des problèmes issus des incidents récurrents et majeurs
 * Animation des analyses de causes racines (RCA)
 * Coordination des actions correctives avec les équipes concernées
 * Suivi de l'efficacité des solutions mises en œuvre

Livrables principaux

 * Communications d'incident en temps réel et fiches incident détaillées
 * Synthèse hebdomadaire des incidents, revue incidents/problèmes
 * REX et post-mortems en lien avec l'équipe amélioration continue
