## About the Role

* Background: Vocational training as IT specialist for system integration (Fachinformatiker/in Systemintegration), a degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

 * Integration experience: Several years of hands-on experience in IT system integration, for example interface projects with APIs or middleware.

 * Data migrations: Hands-on experience in data migration projects.

 * Azure & Entra ID: Solid practical experience with Microsoft Azure and Entra ID, including app registrations, service principals and managed identities.

 * Secure authentication: You understand how automated systems should authenticate (OAuth 2.0, certificates, secrets handling) and can judge whether a setup is ready for production.

 * Data protection: Working knowledge of GDPR from a technical point of view.

 * Judgement & communication: You can explain a security decision to non-security colleagues and, when the answer is no, show a workable alternative.

 * Ownership: You take responsibility for your topics and see them through.

 * Languages: Excellent communication skills, written and spoken, in both English and German (C1).

 * Nice to have: Microsoft certifications in Azure or Entra ID, and a background in robotics or industrial environments.
