In dieser Position begleiten Sie die Einführung und Weiterentwicklung eines skalierten agilen Betriebsmodells für Hardware- und Softwareprodukte im Bereich der Hochspannungs-Energiewende. Sie coachen agile Teams, fördern die Zusammenarbeit über Fachbereiche hinweg und sorgen für die erfolgreiche Umsetzung von SAFe-Prinzipien. Freuen Sie sich auf eine Schlüsselrolle in einem zukunftsweisenden Transformationsprojekt., * Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare akademische Qualifikation

 * Zertifizierung als Scrum Master sowie SAFe-Zertifizierung (zwingend erforderlich)
 * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im skalierten agilen Umfeld (SAFe) und mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung als Scrum Master in Deutschland
 * Erfahrung im Coaching von Entwicklungs- und Produktteams, idealerweise im Hardware- oder Technologieumfeld
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse in Scrum, Kanban, Agile Release Trains (ART) und PI-Planning
 * Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

## Description

* Coaching und Begleitung von 2 agilen Entwicklungsteams bei der Anwendung von SAFe, Scrum und Kanban
 * Moderation aller relevanten Agile-Events wie Daily Scrums, Sprint Plannings, Reviews, Retrospektiven und PI-Plannings
 * Förderung von Selbstorganisation, Team Flow und agiler Disziplin innerhalb der Teams
 * Identifikation, Eskalation und Beseitigung von Hindernissen zur Sicherstellung einer hohen Teamperformance
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Release Train Engineers (RTEs), Product Ownern und Stakeholdern im Agile Release Train (ART)
 * Unterstützung der agilen Transformation sowie Aufbau einer kollaborativen und leistungsfähigen Teamkultur
