* Technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker / Meister z. B. in den Gewerken Elektrotechnik; Sanitär-, Heizung-, Klima- und Lüftungstechnik, Gebäudesystemtechnik und/oder technisches Studium z. B. der Versorgungstechnik des Facility Managements und / oder Fachwirt für Facility Management, Betriebsfachwirt
 * Idealerweise Praxiserfahrung in der (Bau) Projektleitung im Bereich TGA
 * Gute Englisch und MS-Office Kenntnisse (Excel), idealerweise CAFM-Kenntnisse
 * Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Lösungsorientierung sowie Engagement, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
 * Kaufmännisches Verständnis und Verhandlungsgeschick
 * PKW-Führerschein und regionale Reisebereitschaft

## Description

* Durchführung von Start-Ups (Übernahme neuer Objekte) / Implementierung von FM-Dienstleistungen
 * Planen, Organisieren und Steuern von Neuaufträgen im technischen Gebäude- und Facility Management, Projektleitung und -begleitung
 * Aufnahme von Anlagen der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung (TGA)
 * Unterstützung unserer operativen Kräfte (Objektleiter, Haustechniker) in der Anfangsphase
 * Rückabwicklung von Aufträgen bei Vertragsverlust
