## About the Role

* Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace, or related technical field
 * Experience applying Systems Engineering principles / approaches to complex problems
 * Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain models, artifacts, and integrated datasets for complex systems and systems of systems
 * Experience developing and managing verification and validation (V&V) plans and procedures
 * Ability to support interface management activities, ensuring clear definition, communication, and maintenance of interfaces across engineering teams
 * Knowledge of MBSE methodologies and tools (e.g., Cameo Systems Modeler, MagicDraw, IBM Rhapsody, Enterprise Architect)
 * Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team environment, including internal staff, external contractors, and government customers
 * Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce and present technical documentation and artifacts
 * Ability to obtain TS/SCI security clearance

Required Experience

 * Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the Systems Engineering domain
