## About the Role

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced employees. ### Minimum Education Required Must possess at least a bachelor's degree or its equivalent in Computer Science or a related STEM field and at least 2 years of experience as a Software Developer or in a related role.
Must also possess the following: at least 2 years of experience with premium audit systems or insurance domain applications; at least 2 years of experience with Programming Languages & Frameworks: Java, Spring Boot, Angular, React.js, Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript; at least 2 years of experience with Databases: DB2, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB; at least 2 years of experience with Cloud & Containerization: AWS (Serverless/EKS), Docker, Kubernetes; at least 2 years of experience with Testing Tools: JUnit, Mockito, Selenium, automated testing frameworks, Test Driven Development (TDD) methodology; at least 2 years of experience with Eventing Systems: Kafka, RabbitMQ; at least 2 years of experience with Monitoring & Observability: Dynatrace; and at least 1 year of experience with AI/ML Enablement: Programmatic LLM interactions, agentic design patterns, prompt engineering, AI coding assistant tools. ### Minimum Experience Required Must possess at least a bachelor's degree or its
