* Proven experience leading software engineering teams in agile, full-stack environments.
 * Strong background in backend and or mobile development, preferably with Kotlin or SwiftUI.
 * Experience with API-driven systems and backend banking workflows is highly desirable.
 * Demonstrated ability to deliver predictable, high-quality software with effective risk and dependency management.
 * Skilled in coaching, performance management, and developing engineering talent.
 * Excellent communication and collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders.
 * Familiarity with tools and methodologies such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, Scrum, Kanban, Design Sprints, and User Story Mapping.
 * Passion for building team culture aligned with customer-first and growth mindset values.

## Description

* Lead and enable a full-stack development team (backend + mobile) to deliver high-quality, predictable software aligned with product and architectural goals.
 * Establish and continuously improve engineering standards, delivery processes, and team health.
 * Coach and develop engineers through regular 1:1s, feedback, and growth planning.
 * Manage hiring, onboarding, and ramp-up of new team members to ensure smooth integration.
 * Maintain and execute a 12-month technical roadmap in close collaboration with product, platform, and business stakeholders.
 * Act as the primary owner of team execution health, risks, and dependencies.
