* Education: Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical, Industrial, or a related Engineering discipline.
 * Experience: At least 3 years in Systems Engineering within the aerospace sector.
 * Competencies: Adaptability to manufacturing environments and ability to work cross-functionally with Production, Quality, and Engineering.
 * Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 * Languages: Spanish (Advanced) and English (Intermediate).

## Description

* Development and implementation of ground test procedures in compliance with Engineering, Quality, and HSE standards.
 * Specification of requirements for testing tools and means.
 * Providing technical support on the shop floor during ground tests.

 * Outputs: Technical instructions, testing programs, and process definitions for manufacturing and flight line environments.
