## Description

Akkodis is seeking a Java Data Eng for a Contract with a client in Austin, TX. This role focuses on designing and building scalable data pipelines, backend services, and microservices using Java, Spark, and cloud technologies., * Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications, backend services, and data pipelines using Java, Scala, and Python.

 * Build and support RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems using Java and Spring Boot.
 * Develop and optimize large-scale ETL/ELT, batch, and streaming data pipelines leveraging Apache Spark, PySpark, and Kafka.
 * Integrate and manage data across relational databases, data lakes, and cloud-based data platforms.
 * Implement AI and Generative AI capabilities, including LLM integrations, RAG frameworks, vector databases, and prompt engineering solutions.
 * Collaborate with Agile teams to ensure high-quality software delivery, CI/CD implementation, performance optimization, and production support.
