## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience
 * 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering or DevOps
 * Strong proficiency with Terraform (writing modules, managing state, workspaces, etc.)
 * Hands-on experience with AWS cloud provider
 * Experience with DevOps tools and utilities to include Github, Ansible & CDK
 * Ability to work effectively in a Linux-based development environment
 * Familiarity with containers and orchestration (eg, Docker, Kubernetes)
 * Strong knowledge of networking, security, and IAM in the cloud
 * Proficient in at least one Scripting language

Nice to haves:

 * Terraform SME
 * Hands-on experience with multiple cloud providers such as [AWS, Azure, OCI, or GCP]
 * Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools
 * Hands on experience with python
 * Knowledge of containerization

## Description

In this role, you'll join our team, providing high-quality, cost-effective cloud solutions to our clients. Be part of a dynamic environment where your expertise in cloud operations will drive significant enhancements in the efficiency and effectiveness of our customers' operations. As a Cloud Engineer on our team, you will be responsible for distributed and managed services automating the installation, configuration and maintenance of platform services.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

 * Design, build, and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
 * Migrate existing CloudFormation code to Terraform
 * Develop reusable Terraform modules and maintain version-controlled infrastructure
 * Work with DevOps, Security, and Engineering teams to implement CI/CD and deployment strategies
