## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
 * 0 to 2 years of experience in analytics, reporting, business intelligence, internships, co-ops, or related projects.
 * Foundational SQL skills, including experience querying and joining datasets.
 * Experience with or exposure to a BI tool such as Power BI, Tableau, Domo, Looker, Sigma, or similar platforms.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
 * Ability to communicate findings clearly and effectively.
 * Eagerness to learn new technologies, tools, and business processes.
 * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred

 * Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
 * Exposure to ETL/data integration concepts and tools such as dbt, Fivetran, or Domo.
 * Experience working with datasets through coursework, internships, personal projects, or capstone projects.
 * Interest in AI, automation, and advanced analytics.
 * Experience with Excel, statistics, or data visualization best practices.

## Description

We're looking for a motivated Data Analyst to help transform data into meaningful insights that drive business decisions. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional who is passionate about analytics, business intelligence, and solving real-world business challenges through data.

In this role, you'll work closely with senior analysts, consultants, and business stakeholders to develop dashboards, analyze data, and support reporting initiatives. You'll gain hands-on experience across a variety of industries while building a strong foundation in analytics, data visualization, and business problem-solving.

What You'll Do:

 * Assist with data analysis projects, from data ingestion to data transformation to visualizations and QA.
 * Write SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
 * Build and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights.
 * Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand business needs and KPI requirements.
 * Support data quality initiatives through testing, validation, and documentation.
 * Analyze trends, identify opportunities, and help communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
 * Participate in client and internal meetings, contributing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
 * Learn and apply best practices in data visualization, analytics, and business intelligence.
 * Explore AI-enabled analytics and reporting solutions to improve efficiency and decision-making.
