Iresh Technologies is looking for an experienced Front-End Tech Lead to lead front-end development, establish engineering standards, and drive accessibility compliance for a government/public-sector project., Lead front-end architecture and development using Angular, SASS, and HTML.
Implement and maintain the U.S. Web Design System (USWDS) and State Design System.
Ensure compliance with WCAG 2.2 AA, Section 508, and applicable accessibility requirements.
Conduct accessibility testing using automated tools, JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, and manual keyboard navigation.
Lead code reviews, mentor developers, and establish coding standards.
Improve front-end CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
Collaborate with Java backend teams on API and service integration.
Prepare technical documentation, decision records, and engineering process guides.
