Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience supporting audits, security assessments, or compliance initiatives.

## Description

Growing organization is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead infrastructure operations, security initiatives, and enterprise technology platforms. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for maintaining secure and reliable IT systems while supporting business operations and technology modernization efforts., * Lead day-to-day infrastructure, systems administration, and cybersecurity operations.

 * Manage Microsoft cloud services, identity platforms, collaboration tools, and hybrid environments.
 * Oversee network, server, storage, virtualization, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.
 * Support cybersecurity programs, risk management initiatives, audits, and regulatory compliance efforts.
 * Coordinate technology projects, system upgrades, and continuous improvement activities.
 * Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and escalation support for the IT team.
 * Maintain documentation, policies, procedures, and operational best practices.
