## About the Role

Technical Consulting, Technical Consulting, Customer Support/Service, CAD/CAM (Computer-Aided Design/Computer-Aided Manufacturing), Simulation, High Tech Industry, 3D Modeling, Startup, Product Design, Adoption, * Willingness to travel up to 50%

 * Bachelor's Degree is required for this position
 * Required: 5-10 years of experience in design, development and delivery of training, and blended-learning solutions
 * Strong hands-on experience using NX Ship Design, in a Design role, is absolutely required as this person will need to be able to answer many complex question from Ship Designers using NX.
 * Strong preference for recent experience as a Trainer, in addition to the above (But not required)

## Description

* Conduct in person and online NX Ship Design training classes to our customers.
 * Demonstrate critical thinking, command of specific technical subject matter, ability to learn new technologies very quickly, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in the simplest possible terms (relative to the audience)
 * Stimulate interest and enhance learner understanding through appropriate anecdotes, stories, analogies and humor. Use activities that allow learners to review and apply content at appropriate intervals.
 * Apply Adult Learning strategies and Siemens Learning and Adoption best practices to address the needs of customers user communities.
 * Actively participates in and contributes to the global "Learning" Community of Practice and contributes to the definition, development and curation of the Siemens Learning and Adoption best practices.
